Worship Services at FBCN

Worship is the act of recognizing God for who He is.  It may be manifest through Adoration, Confession, Thankgiving and Supplication.  Physical acts of worship are as varied as the people who express them, and those individuals varied as God created each of them.  Some people express their worship outwardly and some inwardly.  At FBCN, we recognize that it's not nearly as important how people worship as "who" they worship and that they indeed engage in worship.  While music is not, in and of itself, worship, it is a vehicle that contributes to our worship.  Recognizing that we all have different tastes and that we are inspired by different things, we offer two distinctly different Musical Services.  The message is primarily the same and is led by our Pastor, Dr. Mike McGough.

9:00   Traditional Worship Service
The Traditional Service is primarily Hymn Based along with some praise and worship songs.  It is led by Rev. Dennis Brown along with our Worship Choir, Piano, Organ, Bass, Drums and Brass. 

10:30 Contemporary Worship Service
The Contemporary Service is led by a rotation of bands and muscial teams.  While the music is very contimporary, each band leads worship in a very distinctive manner, allowing for a very unique freshness each Sunday. 

5:30 Pastor's BIble Study
Each Sunday evening our Pastor leads us in a Bible Study.  He is currently leading us in a series titled, "What Others Believe", a study of other religions and religious beliefs.
