Our Ministry Purpose to to help children grow as Jesus did: in wisdom, stature (character) and in favor with God and people (Luke 2:52)
Our Ministry team wants to assist parents and families in laying spiritual foundations for their children that will lead them to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord, that will give them tools for growth in Christ and that will encourage them to live and serve others.
The children's Ministry provides biblical teaching, weekly activities, and special events for children, birth through preteen (fifth-sixth grade), to help accomplish this life-long adventure.

SUPER START | 9:00 AM (5th grade) is an exciting, relevant study that empowers preteens to internalize the truth of God's Word and live lives for Jesus. Preteens are in a unique stage of life, between childhood and the teenage years. They grow up fast. They act, think, and learn differently. Sometimes it's hard to keep up with how quickly they are changing. They want to go deeper in their faith and get answers to their questions, as they wrestle with real life issues.

10:30 AM, Grades 1-5
- Classes divided by grade in school.
- Exciting Bible lessons and practical applications for everyday life.
- Scripture memorization is encouraged.
AWESOME NEW ADVENTURE CLASS
10:30 AM, for kids who are new Christians or new members to First Baptist. Baptism is not a requirement to take the class. Meet in Surfside. For specific dates, please contact Lorraine Gregory at children2@fbcniceville.org or 729-6915
As always, parents may choose to have their children attend one of the worship services with their family and attend Sunday School Kid's Church or Super Start, as listed above. Or children may attend age-appropriate classes both sessions (9 and 10:30 AM).
